Account details you submit (name, email, phone, country), verification documents you upload for KYC, transaction and trading activity, technical data such as IP address and device user agent, and support correspondence.
To operate your account and process deposits, withdrawals, trades and payouts; to meet anti-money-laundering and identity verification obligations; to protect the platform and its members from fraud and abuse; and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements.
KYC documents are stored on the server's private storage area, are not publicly accessible, and are visible only to administrators reviewing them. Approved submissions are retained for the period required by law.
Payment and banking partners processing your deposits or withdrawals; email and hosting providers delivering the service; and authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Records are kept for as long as your account is open and for the statutory period afterwards. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to retention obligations, by writing to rwandairbookings56@gmail.com.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, all state-changing requests require a CSRF token, sign-in and registration are rate limited, and every money movement is written to an append-only ledger.
